Meredith’s Cream Cheese Frosting

8 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened

1½ cups powdered sugar

½ cup cream cheese, room temperature

½ teaspoon vanilla

1/8 teaspoon salt

Combine the butter and cream cheese, whip until blended and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla and salt. Slowly add the powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy.
