Makes about 3 ½ dozen
2 packages butterscotch morsels
Melt over hot water.
Remove from heat and add:
1 cup peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 can Chow Mein noodles
Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand about 30 minutes to harden.
