Barbecued Pork Ribs

4 to 5 pounds boneless pork spareribs

1 cup ketchup

½ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon dry mustard

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1 medium onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke

Place ribs in oven and cook for 1 hour at 350*F, stirring occasionally, (10 to 12 coals under and 18 to 22 on lid). Combine other ingredients and pour over ribs in oven. Continue cooking until ribs are tender, 30 to 60 minutes more.
